Requirements

The candidate must be a Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted license in 15 or more states, and they must be available to cover at least three critical outreach shifts per week.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care and support by prescribing, creating, monitoring, and supporting treatment plans in accordance with statutes, regulations, and protocols, issue medication prescriptions, order laboratory tests, interpret and explain test results, provide patient education, communicate with patients, refer patients to specialized care, maintain medical records, provide empathetic and judgment-free medical care, and reach out to members identified by remote monitoring protocols.
