Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with 3+ years’ recent clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of the current IVF landscape
  • Flexible, resourceful, and proactive approach
  • Ability to translate strategy into action and self-manage priorities with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week, including occasional weekends for congresses

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-services to nursing and APP staff on disease states, product MOA, administration, and patient education
  • Provide injection, device, and diagnostic tool training upon request
  • Develop impactful educational materials (training decks, brochures, publications)
  • Contribute to long-term therapeutic strategy development
  • Plan and organize regional and national nursing/APP advisory boards
  • Support publication and abstract submissions with clinical expertise
  • Represent Ferring at conferences, educational programs, and medical congresses
  • Serve as the primary contact for national, regional, and local nurse/APP organizations
  • Build peer-to-peer scientific relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs)
  • Act as the medical representative for clinics and KEEs in your territory
  • Respond to field inquiries regarding Ferring products
  • Support sales and marketing teams as a clinical resource
  • Assist in training sales representatives and Speaker Bureau members
  • Accurately document activities using company tracking systems
  • Prepare and submit expense reports consistently
  • Stay current with medical and scientific developments in assigned therapeutic areas
