Requirements

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with 3+ years’ recent clinical experience
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of the current IVF landscape
Flexible, resourceful, and proactive approach
Ability to translate strategy into action and self-manage priorities with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week, including occasional weekends for congresses

Responsibilities

Deliver in-services to nursing and APP staff on disease states, product MOA, administration, and patient education
Provide injection, device, and diagnostic tool training upon request
Develop impactful educational materials (training decks, brochures, publications)
Contribute to long-term therapeutic strategy development
Plan and organize regional and national nursing/APP advisory boards
Support publication and abstract submissions with clinical expertise
Represent Ferring at conferences, educational programs, and medical congresses
Serve as the primary contact for national, regional, and local nurse/APP organizations
Build peer-to-peer scientific relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs)
Act as the medical representative for clinics and KEEs in your territory
Respond to field inquiries regarding Ferring products
Support sales and marketing teams as a clinical resource
Assist in training sales representatives and Speaker Bureau members
Accurately document activities using company tracking systems
Prepare and submit expense reports consistently
Stay current with medical and scientific developments in assigned therapeutic areas
