Responsibilities

  • Support data management for existing programs like Insights to Execution, specifically promotion analytics and NRMa blueprint
  • Coordinate with identified sales teams in local markets to identify promotion spend nuances and build an operational rhythm
  • Be the bridge between local datasets and existing/future NRMa tools – collaborate with BU/market Data & BI Leads and Tech & Data teams
  • Support escalation of data & reporting issues, change management communications, and best practice sharing
  • Maintain and support identified shipment and consumption datasets (syndicated etc.) flowing into key NRMa tools
  • Be the subject matter expert on various data layers, involving cleansing, curation, mappings, and stewardship of datasets
  • Advocate and drive best practice data handling and usage
  • Support global D&T teams as well as NRMa business owners in master data management roll-out & in-market adoption
  • Bridge BU/market and above-market data needs, surfacing process & systems requirements for robust & scalable data management
  • Enable data foundations for key NRM analytics tools covering all five pillars of NRM (brand portfolio pricing, pack price architecture, active mix management, promotion management, and trade investment management)
  • Work closely with commercial excellence teams in markets and NRM analytics business owners on data requirements
  • Ensure data is fully prepared and ready for timely refreshes
  • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies or gaps
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks/challenges that may impact product success
