Ability to work with prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Knowledge of various types of lenses and spectacle frames, including style, weight, and color
Ability to provide excellent member service in person and over the phone
Ability to explain procedures in detail

Understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and other optical products to adults and children
Advising and assisting patients with lenses and spectacle frames (style, weight, color)
Verifying order data entry and comparing Rx to original prescription for accuracy
Completing proper order filing procedures, including filing under the correct ABC system
Delivering sales through excellent member service in person and over the phone
Explaining all procedures in detail
Carrying out job functions as assigned and supporting club policies/procedures/compliance
Ensuring a safe and positive environment, embracing inclusion/diversity, and working as a team
Delivering service excellence, resolving/deescalating member concerns, and committing to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Maintaining GOLD club standards: Grand opening look, stocking/planograms, accurate signage, clean/organized inside/out
