Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the digital sales GTM strategy and coverage for NWE, ensuring alignment with HPE’s global growth objectives
  • Lead transformation from traditional sales methods to digitally enabled, customer-centric engagement models
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities across hybrid cloud, storage, compute, AI, and hybrid cloud solutions; translate insights into actionable plans and investments
  • Own digital sales order targets for the region and drive consistent attainment or overachievement
  • Oversee pipeline generation and conversion through inside sales, digital demand generation, and partner channels
  • Leverage HPE’s AI-driven insights, CRM data, and account-based marketing tools to optimize prospecting, qualification, and sales cycles
  • Develop and manage strategic top account plans for top commercial digital customers, ensuring continued growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and inspire a multi-country team of digital sales managers, digital sales reps, digital presales, and virtual sales specialists
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and development programs; promote succession planning and internal mobility
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Partner Sales, Solution Architects, and other relevant teams
  • Ensure alignment and standardization across countries; manage stakeholder relationships with country leadership and drive effective coaching for the direct team
  • Drive adoption of digital selling platforms (e.g., HPE GreenLake Cloud Services, e-commerce portals, partner platforms)
  • Champion data analytics and AI to improve forecasting accuracy, targeting, and sales effectiveness
  • Introduce innovative digital customer experiences, including webinars, virtual demos, and interactive solution workshops
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships with strategic commercial customers, guiding their digital transformation journeys
  • Strengthen relationships with HPE channel partners to scale digital sales reach and collaboration
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through a digital-first, always-on engagement model
