Requirements

  • Student in business school, engineering school, or university, ideally in final year with a specialization in marketing
  • Strong organization and rigor
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, capable of interacting with international teams and clients
  • Strong interest in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), ability to analyze data and deliver operational recommendations
  • Mastery of PowerPoint and advanced Excel functions
  • Team spirit and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist consultants throughout projects, from setup to presenting results to clients
  • Help propose strategic recommendations to optimize in-store offerings, focusing on Price & Promo and Assortiment & Merchandising
  • On Price & Promo: Contribute to studies understanding consumer behavior to optimize client revenues through promotions and pricing
  • On Assortiment & Merchandising: Support consultants in implementing assortment optimization projects to improve category performance for industrial clients and distributors
  • Coordinate with overseas production teams for study launches
  • Work in a team with multiple consultants, gaining autonomy after initial training on internal tools, consumer/distributor panels, and ad hoc studies
