Requirements

5+ years of experience in the game industry data analysis
Proficient in using Python, SQL, and Excel to extract, process, and analyze data
Passionate about the game industry. Native or fluent English is preferred
Experience in data modules such as log tagging, statistical reporting design, and specialized analysis. Able to independently handle work
Some understanding of user modeling and user research
Prior experience with PC console products and marketing data analysis is a plus
Data-sensitive with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
Good communication and collaboration skills, with strong pressure resistance

Responsibilities

Develop the game data analysis system, including building data tagging, reporting, and analysis systems, establishing daily monitoring mechanisms for key indicators, and building various specialized data analysis frameworks
Analyze the effects of daily operations and version updates in the game, including retention and churn analysis, payment analysis, feature and gameplay analysis, and user satisfaction surveys. Provide a basis for operational plans
Analyze marketing data based on brand promotion, media placement, and other market actions and data, analyzing their impact and effects on segmented users. Provide a basis for market solutions
Establish predictive models based on existing data accumulation to provide results prediction for game data performance and market analysis
Monitor competitive products and new games, monitoring key data performance and providing directional guidance and reference for the game
Handle other data needs from various modules within the team, establishing an efficient and agile data sharing mechanism within the team
