Requirements

  • Enrolled in an MBA program or another Advanced Degree Program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Background or knowledge of business and operations; retail savvy
  • Up-to-date and strong understanding of competitive and creative retail landscape
  • Experience in the retail industry (preferred)
  • Understanding of retail store systems and equipment (preferred)
  • Abilities in E2E consumer experience/insights, instructional design, design thinking, or content creation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities, sometimes with a high level of ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a global environment with a strong understanding of cultural nuances
  • Strong interpersonal skills and openness to learning new tools/techniques

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on different global markets, identifying trends, customer preferences, and competition; provide insights for informed decision-making on store service, selling, and training improvements
  • Work closely with the retail team to brainstorm and implement training and services initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction; gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, merchandising, store concepts, and store operations to support store initiatives; work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and apply data-driven solutions to real-world challenges
  • Collect and analyze sales data, foot traffic patterns, and other key performance indicators; assist in generating reports and presenting findings to support strategic decision-making
  • Support the implementation of store-related projects, such as store openings, program launches, and seasonal campaigns; assist in coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to streamline store processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Support the Nike Stores team on the future of retail, working cross-functionally with teams such as global store operations, services design, concept design, business operations/project management, and store development to guide the strategic roadmap and ensure retail success
