Requirements
Candidates must be current US Foods employees, possess the ability to read and communicate in English, be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, and have the ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively, move 1,000+ cases of product during each shift, and demonstrate recent experience in high endurance or physical activity preferred. Previous experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment and operating motorized pallet jack equipment is also preferred.
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Team Member will safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards, perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack, carefully move products from racks to pallets, validate product selection and condition, efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area, and team up to clear aisles and return pallet jacks to charging areas.
