  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
  • Availability 6/7 nights with full availability for shift patterns (maximum 5/7 working days)
  • Must be available to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge
  • Knowledge of digital devices to integrate online and offline sales/services
  • Willingness to improve knowledge via tools and training on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

Responsibilities

  • Process stock efficiently, ensuring all goods are received and processed accurately
  • Maintain back-of-house environment to mirror the energy, passion, and innovation of the shop floor
  • Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees
  • Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shop floor, build visual displays)
  • Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets
  • Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services
  • Create a bond between online and offline sales or services using digital devices
  • Provide world-class service to consumers
