Requirements

  • Understands the goals, objectives, and business strategy of site and function, and able to link IT network objectives with business objectives
  • Professional with S95 architecture, including hardware and software being used in each layer

Responsibilities

  • Lead the resolving of IT network issues escalated by team members, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to global team or vendor when needed
  • As the network technical SME, review and approve network-related changes initiated by global team, ensure technical feasibility, and analyze impact to site business
  • As the network technical SME, provide and implement technical solutions based on needs from business and IT
  • Build IT Zero Loop and Primary Loop capability on IT network to help them resolve issues more effectively
  • Implement IT changes or resolve IT system issues following process, including Service Now recording, document/work with others on changes, and investigate/work with others on deviations following Trackwise process
  • As the project manager of network deployment, accountable for project execution on schedule and with quality, including defining project plan, budget management, resource allocation, vendor management, etc
