Requirements
Expertise in engineering, design, testing, and oversight of Fiber Optic Network installations, including FTTP and FTTH
Experience with equipment upgrades, software releases, and new technologies
Knowledge of local-area networks (LAN), wide-area networks (WAN), network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
Ability to oversee Central Office and Network Operations Team
Proficiency in creating, executing, and managing project plans
Skills in planning and implementing improvements, modifications, or replacements of network infrastructure components
Capability to troubleshoot network performance issues
Experience in creating and maintaining disaster recovery plans
Ability to monitor and adjust network performance and survey sites for future needs
Skills in network capacity assessment and growth planning

Responsibilities
