Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst will utilize their expertise in business process modeling to analyze current-state ways of working, document future-state business processes and identify areas for technology enablement and optimization. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and elicit, analyze, and document business needs and objectives related to the NetSuite implementation. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and a 3rd party vendor to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with best practices. They will create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs) to foster clear communication and understanding among stakeholders, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
