Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, Other Business Administrative or Engineering Degree, or a related degree, along with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience. They should have a strong understanding of standard SAP functionality, experience with N6P for planning, and a basic understanding of DRP and Demand.
The Category Supply Planner is responsible for creating a monthly Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), identifying gaps and proposing action plans to cover capacity gaps, performing capacity level what-if scenario planning, and managing interplant supply planning to mitigate customer service risk. They will also own Finished Product Non-Productive Inventory (NPI)/Unproductive Inventory (UPI) elimination, perform Health Check action planning, measure key results for the supply network, and drive continual improvement, while partnering externally and influencing others with differing objectives.
