Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial disciplinary leadership experience managing more than 20 industrial employees
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams
Confident demeanor and assertiveness to remain calm in challenging situations
Good intuition for logistics processes to implement guidelines quickly and efficiently, leading teams to goals
Ability to recognize process dependencies across the logistics center and implement workflow control measures to meet customer needs
Analytical skills to avoid operational losses and optimize processes
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety
Ability to share ideas for workplace improvements
Self-understanding as a leadership figure who drives innovations and future visions

Responsibilities

Organize and control operational logistics processes in collaboration with other junior leaders, team leaders, and department heads
Plan work schedules and shifts for employees and intensively analyze work areas for continuous process improvement and development
Act as the primary contact and leadership figure for the department, fostering a positive work climate where the team thrives
Engage in stakeholder management to gain support from internal and external partners, applying expertise effectively
Collaborate closely with other departments (HR, Procurement, Facilities, Security, Finance, IT) to ensure smooth operations across all areas
Contribute own ideas and positively support process changes to increase efficiency
Lead own operational projects for professional and personal development
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to employees
Achieve daily operational goals and improve processes in a team-oriented environment based on appreciation, respect, and openness
