This is an on-site position at Avera McKennan Hospital.
Required certifications include Radiography (R) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) from ARRT upon hire. An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college, technical school, or hospital-based Radiologic Technology Program is also required.
This is a PRN (as needed) part-time role with work shifts as needed.
Candidates should have less than 1 year of experience with thorough knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices, procedures, physiology, and human anatomy, plus competency in IV injections, patient positioning, and MRI equipment operation.
