Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in motion design/animation, ideally in digital products or marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (and related Creative Suite tools) and Figma
  • Solid foundation in graphic design, with a good eye for detail
  • Ability to create and animate UI components (micro-interactions, flows) and narrative videos
  • Familiarity with 3D workflows (Houdini, Blender, or similar) and the ability to work with or adapt existing 3D assets into motion projects
  • Experience or interest in data-driven and generative motion design, using scripting or automation to connect external data sources, streamline complex motion, and speed up animation workflows
  • Experience collaborating with design, marketing and product teams
  • Comfortable working at pace while maintaining attention to detail
  • Eagerness to experiment with emerging technologies and approach new challenges with creativity and resourcefulness

Responsibilities

  • Create motion assets and animations for marketing campaigns, product explainers, data visualisations, and social content
  • Animate UI elements and product flows to clearly communicate complex interactions
  • Work with data analysts and designers to bring data to life
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers and data visualisation designers to add motion and interactivity across reports, dashboards, and campaigns
  • Explore new ways motion design can make visual storytelling more engaging and intuitive
  • Apply strong graphic design fundamentals to all your work, ensuring balance, polish, and brand consistency in every animation
