Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in video editing and motion design, ideally from a B2B SaaS or creative agencies environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling - including work with real footage
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop for asset prep
  • Strong understanding of pacing, composition, typography, and color in motion
  • Bonus: Experience with sound design, 3D (Cinema 4D/Blender), or creative campaign videos
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative judgment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick turnarounds
  • Open to feedback, experimentation, and pushing creative boundaries while staying brand-aligned
  • Confident in communicating creative direction and guiding others to achieve strong visual outcomes, even in remote setups
  • Flexible working hours required for collaboration with international team

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics that align with Atlan’s brand and narrative tone
  • Edit and produce videos end-to-end - from storyboard and footage curation to sound design and delivery
  • Work with real footage - integrating motion graphics, text, and visual elements seamlessly into live-action content
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to team members or collaborators on remote shoots - ensuring footage quality, framing, and lighting align with the intended story and motion plan
  • Create kinetic text animations, transitions, and storytelling elements that enhance message clarity and emotional impact
  • Maintain and evolve motion templates, title packs, and reusable assets for faster content creation
  • Uphold and extend Atlan’s visual identity across all motion and video outputs
  • Ensure every video - whether a quick social edit or a flagship campaign - feels distinctly “Atlan.”
  • Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to bring campaign concepts to life through motion
  • Work hand-in-hand with brand, content, and product marketing teams to translate ideas into dynamic visual stories
  • Stay updated on trends in motion design, editing techniques, and visual storytelling
  • Experiment with new formats, tools, and techniques that push the creative boundaries of the brand
