Relevant MBO (intermediate vocational) or HBO (higher professional) education in design, with a specialisation in 3D Motion Graphics
Proficient in relevant Adobe programs (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and expertise in 3D software (such as Cinema 4D or Blender)
Fluent Dutch & English
Creative with an eye for detail and skills to meet tight deadlines
Experience working on creative concepts, guarding brand guidelines, and approval processes
Excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating
Energetic, proactive, and hands-on mentality with a desire to continuously develop yourself
Passion for design and animation, following trends in Motion Graphics
Affinity with Dutch football (Eredivisie) and American sports (a plus, but not a must)
Ability to work as a team player and independently

Help determine what the ESPN viewer sees in terms of promos, commercials, graphics, and sets
Create 3D Motion Graphic assets from concept to final product
Deliver creative content for online, on-air, and print
Proactively contribute to creative concepts
Guard the house style and ensure recognizability of the brand
Work as part of a creative team for Disney brands including ESPN, National Geographic, and STAR Channel
Work 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home
