Responsibilities

  • Progress and track initial mortgage enquiries through to application, ensuring customers have a great experience and understand next steps
  • Determine customer eligibility for mortgage product options, complete key checks, and refer customers online or to colleagues for seamless application process
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to all quality and control procedures to meet quality and risk objectives
  • Maximise opportunities to discuss additional product offerings where there is customer need
  • Seek and act on feedback from colleagues to ensure high quality of referrals and customer satisfaction
