  • Skill in NA - Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run
  • Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems
  • Understanding of strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Ability to manage small teams and/or work efforts
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to large, complex programs across multiple work streams, including transition of work to other geographies
  • Be accountable for the success, effectiveness, on-time delivery, and business outcomes of the programme
  • Define and implement processes, organization, and operating infrastructures required to set up and begin operations of a new outsourcing engagement or assist in the transition of services from one operating entity to another
  • Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context
  • Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio
  • Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures where needed
  • Interact with direct supervisor, peers, and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Make decisions that impact the team
