Mobile QA Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile automation testing (e.g., WebDriver/Selenium/Cypress)
• 3+ years of experience reviewing product requirements and design, creating test plans/test cases, and testing mobile applications
• 2+ years of Appium experience
• 2+ years of JavaScript or TypeScript
• High standards for coding and development best practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD
• Experience testing pure API products (headless) is a plus
• Software development experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Implement Mobile Automated Tests for Android & iOS using Appium (WebdriverIO, NodeJS), or any equivalent framework e.g. XCUITest, Detox.
• Perform both manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs.
• Promote a culture of quality work throughout the organization as a quality champion.
• Track quality assurance metrics and identify ways to improve.
