Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; graduate degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience, including 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobile or digital platforms
  • Investment acumen, with a solid understanding of Vanguard’s product offerings
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning; technical background or certifications (e.g., PSM I/II) preferred
  • Comfort with experimentation and iterative design

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for one or more strategic mobile products, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs
  • Partner with UX, engineering, data, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver seamless and compliant client experiences
  • Coach and guide product teams toward best practices, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
  • Lead resolution of production and implementation challenges, driving escalations when needed to maintain delivery momentum
  • Define and analyze market needs, develop detailed product features and requirements, and oversee implementation plans
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to continuously enhance the user experience
  • Contribute to ongoing business planning and prioritization efforts, ensuring product initiatives are well-integrated into broader strategic goals
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to advance team and organizational objectives
