Compensation is paid hourly and includes both appointment time and travel time to/from the patient’s home, with a 2-hour minimum paid per assignment. IRS-standard mileage rate reimbursement is also provided.
This is a per diem, mobile-based role requiring local travel within a designated geographic area to patient residences, with willingness to travel up to 100 miles for visits. Various U.S. locations are available based on geographic availability.
An active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license, current CPR certification, and minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience are required. Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of EKG experience and certification as a CMA or CPT, along with strong interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.
This per diem role offers flexible hours with no minimum monthly visit requirement. Referrals are assigned based on geographic availability and program demand, and IQVIA handles all scheduling.
