This position is based out of Kerns building in NE Portland, but work is performed in the community setting including client residences, schools, police precincts, shelters, residential facilities, and public spaces.
Key responsibilities include providing immediate mobile response to mental health crises, triaging crisis calls, assessing risk factors, initiating involuntary holds when necessary, and collaborating with law enforcement and community agencies.
The position works as part of a team with a trauma-informed, strength-based perspective and supports a Trauma Informed Care environment.
