Experienced and hands-on Mobile Applications Engineering Manager
Deep knowledge of Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, C/C++ (valued)
Experience in developing frequently updated apps for consumer products (valued)
Experience in developing mobile applications (valued)

Responsibilities

Hire and expand remote and local teams to meet roadmap requirements
Onboard, motivate, and mentor exceptional engineers as productive players on the team
Actively contribute alongside your team to the Flutter codebase, including writing code, performing detailed code reviews, and tackling complex technical challenges
Work with product, business, and engineering teams to develop strategic roadmap and execution plans
Lead architectural and design decisions for mobile applications to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems
Oversee the team's agile development process, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
Establish and sustain best practices for mobile development, including code quality, automated testing, AI adoption, CI/CD, and performance monitoring
Work closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions and delightful user experiences
Communicate clearly and effectively to the company about deliverables, design, and architecture choices
Own the entire mobile release process including internal test releases, from final testing through to submission to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
