Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in hardware engineering, with firsthand experience in environments like propulsion test stands, satellite mission operations, or flight testing
  • Strong technical skills: intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems, systems thinking, attention to detail, and intuition for math and physics
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently, steering conversations and projects
  • Leadership and teamwork: dynamic leader with humility, eagerness to learn, empathy, and ability to lead and support others
  • Proven project management: track record of turning technical concepts into reality, managing full cycle from planning to deployment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS Clearance
  • Customer-facing skills: experience as a consultant or in customer success roles

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and integrate Nominal's technology into customer operations, tailoring solutions to high-stakes environments
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, acting as account manager and product expert to grow Nominal's presence and partnerships
  • Provide training and support to ensure users understand and fully utilize Nominal's products
  • Gather feedback from user experiences and turn it into actionable insights for product improvement
  • Identify and resolve issues autonomously to streamline operations and keep technology ahead
  • Serve as the bridge between Nominal and customers, translating needs into solutions and ensuring seamless collaboration
