  • 6-8 years of professional copywriting experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different media and industries
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Proficient in adapting tone and style to different audiences and mediums
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Comedic to emotional range in terms of execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in AI concepting tools and content creation techniques
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms a plus
  • Creative mindset, collaborative spirit, detail-oriented, and a passion for storytelling and pop culture

Responsibilities

  • Generate original ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines
  • Produce clear, persuasive, and creative copy for digital, print, broadcast, and social media channels
  • Engage proactively with the entire team to develop insightful and breakthrough campaigns
  • Present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback as needed
  • Revise and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform your work
  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior copywriters to foster their professional growth
  • Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job
  • Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services
  • Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences
