Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
6-8 years of professional copywriting experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different media and industries
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
Proficient in adapting tone and style to different audiences and mediums
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Comedic to emotional range in terms of execution
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in AI concepting tools and content creation techniques
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Proficiency in AI tools and platforms a plus

Responsibilities
Generate original ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines
Produce clear, persuasive, and creative copy for digital, print, broadcast, and social media channels
Engage proactively with the entire team to develop insightful and breakthrough campaigns
Present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback as needed
Revise and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform your work
Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior copywriters to foster their professional growth
Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job
