Requirements

Candidates should possess strong experience in developing sophisticated applications, involvement in the end-to-end mobile application development life cycle, and a “get things done” mentality. They should have experience building complex applications for Android using Kotlin/Java, along with solid experience in React Native, mobile application development at the user interface and system levels, and Test-Driven-Development (TDD). Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutine, MVVM, and the multi-module architecture, as well as experience building real-time graphs and displaying real-time data.

Responsibilities

The (Mid / Senior) Android Developer will be involved in end-to-end mobile application development, monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, and embrace better ideas from others while eager to make things better.
