Candidates should possess strong experience developing sophisticated applications, involvement in the end-to-end mobile application development life cycle, and a “get things done” mentality. They should have experience building complex applications for the Android using Kotlin/Java, along with solid experience in Test-Driven-Development (TDD), implementing instrumented unit tests, and utilizing Jetpack Compose, Coroutine, MVVM, and the multi-module architecture. Furthermore, experience with real-time graph development and displaying real-time data is required, alongside a willingness to learn and embrace better ideas from others.
The (Mid / Senior) Android Developer will be involved in end-to-end mobile application development, monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, build first-class product to solve real world problems, engage stakeholders to achieve the company's goal of Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet™, and contribute to a transformative and proactive working environment that supports personal and professional growth.
