Good knowledge of store systems
Basic parts knowledge
Good interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of store inventory
Ability to network with nearby stores, Hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers
MVR certified (position can be)
Complete all training materials and attend all store meetings
Competent at oral and written communications
Handle basic math computations
Prior retail experience, including basic merchandising and inventory management skills
Able to drive forklift (if certified and applicable), use hand truck, and pallet jack
Well mannered, neat in appearance, and ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner
Previous work records demonstrating stability and performance results
Ability to work on short notice and/or flexible hours including nights and weekends
High school diploma or GED
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
Physical abilities: walking/standing predominantly, talk/hear, use hands/fingers, reach, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl
Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
Responsibilities
Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner
Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork
Interaction with Drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc
Engaging store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions; work with ordering store for fulfillment options if unavailable
Work with GM, DL, and SSC support for proper inventory mix and levels
Inventory accuracy and functions: Cycle Counts, Outages, Planograms, Maxi changes, Price Changes, Front & Face, Truck lead
Manage and comply with all Hub records and all paperwork policies and procedures
Additional Inventory activities including Overstocks, Callbacks, Resets
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
Assist with Front Room Inventory functions
Assist with cores and defects
Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
Immediately report to General Manager and/or District Leader any violation of company policy or procedure
