Manage daily activities associated with Fire Department operations to ensure smooth operations
Lead the team to respond to emergencies and assume incident command when appropriate to robustly mitigate risk
Promote a fire safety culture, foster a fire-free safe work environment for all cast members and guests, and ensure compliance with applicable fire regulations and company requirements
Develop and maintain a highly effective Fire Safety team, build strong morale and a positive work environment, set clear expectations, provide timely performance feedback, and facilitate career development and succession planning
Develop budget plan for the team and implement work within budget
Oversee fire safety-related suppliers by selecting qualified partners, managing their performance via KPIs, ensuring compliance of services/goods provided, mitigating risks, and maintaining documentation to meet regulatory and company requirements
Establish good communication and partnership with external authorities/government bureaus, timely understand changes in policies and regulations, assist leadership in making strategic decisions that comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure the legality and feasibility of organizational actions
Maintain good cooperative relationships with internal lines of business to ensure daily fire safety is in a good state
