Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate tools and support efficiently and competitively for Private Banking teams, Investment Advisors, and Treasury Sales, in compliance with current policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of supervising user registrations, cancellations, modifications, and tracking for Financial Terminal, Tracking, SAE, Token, and Digital Signature for Private Banking users, including validation and follow-up of incidents
  • Experience in supervising user registrations, cancellations, modifications, and tracking for Service Center users serving Private Banking, including validation and follow-up of reported incidents
  • Skills in coordinating, administering, and controlling account statements for retention and sending, as well as trusts with retention instructions, including monthly file preparation with control figures, reported complaints, total returns registration, and shredding for quality service to Private Banking, Air, Corporate, Treasury Sales, and Custody clients
  • Capability to coordinate, control, and register cancellations of undocumented open checkbooks, requesting account control support to eliminate useless contracts in the SAE system
  • Proficiency in maintaining monthly updated user control files for registrations and cancellations across banking segments to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure good user service for Private Banking
  • Expertise in supervising printing and administration of official Fiscal Certificates, processing and controlling fiscal percentage modifications, client general data, etc., reviewing daily folios in the Service Center application to deliver correct official documents to clients

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate necessary tools for efficient and competitive support to Private Banking teams, Investment Advisors, and Treasury Sales, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure business continuity and achieve area objectives
  • Supervise registrations, cancellations, modifications, and tracking for users of Financial Terminal, Tracking, SAE, Token, and Digital Signatures for Private Banking users; validate and follow up on incidents
  • Supervise registrations, cancellations, modifications, and tracking for Service Center users attending to Private Banking; validate and follow up on reported incidents
  • Coordinate, administer, and control account statements for retention and sending, as well as trusts with retention instructions; prepare monthly files with control figures, reported complaints, register total returns, and send for shredding to provide quality document delivery service to Private Banking, Air, Corporate, Treasury Sales, and Custody clients
  • Coordinate, control, and register cancellations of undocumented open checkbooks, requesting account control support to eliminate useless contracts in the SAE system
  • Maintain monthly updated user control files for registrations and cancellations across banking segments to comply with regulatory matters and maintain good service for Private Banking users
  • Supervise printing and administration of official Fiscal Certificates; process and control modifications in fiscal percentages, client general data, etc.; review daily folios raised in the Service Center application to deliver correct official documents to clients
