Requirements

  • Ability to provide technical support for investment fund management systems by coordinating various service providers to restore system availability in the shortest possible time or implement tactical solutions for operational recovery
  • Skills in supervising integrations between systems, middle office, back office, fund operation platform, and regulatory teams through participation in projects from inception to validate technical requirements, information security, architecture, DRP, etc., are integrated and addressed in defined stages
  • Capability to assist in defining and testing the execution of DRP and BCP processes for critical bank systems through timely communication with support service areas and operational areas that certify functionality, ensuring availability of critical systems for investment fund services operations

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service providers to deliver technical support for investment fund administration systems, minimizing downtime and implementing tactical solutions for operational recovery
  • Supervise integrations between systems (middle office, back office, fund operation platform) and regulatory teams by participating in projects from the start to ensure technical requirements, information security, architecture, DRP, etc., are integrated and addressed
  • Collaborate in defining and testing DRP and BCP processes for critical bank systems, facilitating timely communication with support and operational areas to guarantee system availability for investment fund services
