Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3 years of work experience
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Passionate about art, design, and Minted’s categories of products
  • Strong natural retail insights and understanding of consumer behavior, informed by personal interest in shopping or collecting design or fashion goods
  • Quantitatively oriented and analytical thinker who loves data, can analyze problems, articulate recommendations, and take action
  • Self-starter with an owner’s mindset, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, multitask, meet deadlines, and execute flawlessly with attention to detail
  • Results-driven, focused, with outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills
  • Excited to work collaboratively, ask questions, and build new processes in a fast-growing category

Responsibilities

  • Support a key Minted business with ownership of high-impact assignments
  • Assist the category Merchant in preparing for and executing the assortment process, including recruiting new sellers and makers to join the Marketplace
  • Manage external seller communications throughout recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with online merchandising of relevant categories, including filters, SKU organization and ranking, and optimizing shoppability of assortments
  • Maintain and enhance merchandise data, including basic product information, filter assignments, search tags, and related products
  • Partner with the category Merchant to identify growth opportunities through competitive and customer analysis, including in-store visits and online research
  • Complete ad hoc analytical projects as requested by the category Merchant
  • Review all new products before launch, coaching sellers on how to present products to meet Minted brand standards
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Services teams as necessary to keep the business running smoothly
