Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university and hold a current, active, and unencumbered independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A willingness to obtain additional state licensure is also required. Preferred qualifications include exceptional interpersonal and team skills, a deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health, knowledge of insurance and government billing requirements, strong crisis intervention skills, and prior experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Mental Health Therapists will provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and older, leveraging evidence-based methodologies for diagnosis, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling. They will practice autonomously, with support from a clinical care team, and utilize assessment and treatment planning tools to ensure continuity of care.
