Responsibilities
- Obsługa bardziej wymagających potrzeb klienta oraz wsparcie w wyborze najlepszych produktów i usług bankowych
- Zapewnienie profesjonalnej obsługi oraz najlepszych doświadczeń związanych z wizytą w oddziale
- Oferowanie i promowanie produktów bankowych
- Realizacja indywidualnych i zespołowych zadań sprzedażowych
- Telefoniczny i bezpośredni kontakt z klientami
- Budowanie długotrwałych relacji z klientami oraz pozyskiwanie nowych
- Zwiększanie satysfakcji i lojalności klientów poprzez dostarczanie spersonalizowanych rozwiązań w zakresie produktów i usług bankowych
- Praca w zgodzie z obowiązującymi procedurami oraz standardami dotyczącymi i realizowanymi we wszystkich kanałach dystrybucji
