Requirements

BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
6+ years building production web applications, including shipping React frontends and a strongly-typed backend (e.g., TypeScript, Kotlin, Java, Go, or Ruby)
Experience designing and building backend services, databases, and APIs
Fluency in modern workflows: Git, CI/CD, feature flags, testing at multiple layers, and cloud deployment

Responsibilities

Design and build user-facing features end-to-end, collaborating closely across the stack
Work closely with Product and Design teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear, small bets that deliver customer value
Use external services and APIs where they add leverage, focusing time on what differentiates Envoy
Improve the platform: pay down tech debt, evolve shared components, and raise the bar via code reviews and pairing
Elevate the team by fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and driving technical excellence
