Knowledge in Oncology
2-3 years experience in Oncology / Hematology as MSL or Medical Advisor
Essential skills: Communication, interpersonal, organizational

Excellent English (C1/Advanced)
Residence in Barcelona
Willing to travel up to 80% of time

Responsibilities

Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge
Excel at customer engagement and support medical/scientific information needs of scientific experts
Provide deep and advanced disease state and product information
Connect with internal partners as appropriate and identify possible collaborative research or external collaborations
Synthesize complex data and effectively communicate meaningful clinical insights and unanswered customer questions
Develop internal networks and collaborate effectively across functions with an active contribution to medical planning and strategy in the affiliate
Execute the role in a compliant manner, adhering to all internal and external requirements and procedures
Implement a strategic territory plan that is aligned to Lilly’s priorities while leveraging a deep knowledge of customers to prioritize their needs and preferences
Prioritize customer-facing time and align with customer expectations; incorporate Lilly strategic vision and evolving customer needs into future plans
Responsible steward of company resources
Deliver thoroughly optimized solutions to complex problems via methodical root cause analysis
