Requirements

  • Licenciatura en ciencias de la salud, preferiblemente en Medicina. Opcional: Farmacia, Nutrición, Biomedicina o Enfermería
  • 3 años de experiencia como Medical Scientific Liaison o en ejercicio clínico profesional, idealmente en la industria farmacéutica
  • Manejo del inglés (avanzado)
  • Buen relacionamiento con pares y proveedores
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y de colaboración
  • Capacidad avanzada para realizar presentaciones científicas
  • Curiosidad intelectual sobre medicina, ciencias y campos afines
  • Capacidad para observar y respetar aspectos de confidencialidad y ética profesional
  • Conocimientos informáticos intermedios/avanzados
  • Disponibilidad para viajar

Responsibilities

  • Difundir información clínica y científica con el panel médico previamente establecido según el área terapéutica asignada
  • Brindar apoyo científico y técnico para garantizar el acceso a información actualizada sobre productos y áreas de interés terapéutico
  • Proponer acciones de colaboración con profesionales sanitarios al equipo médico
  • Apoyar y/o implementar eventos de formación médica, desarrollando proactivamente relaciones con médicos y líderes de opinión científica
  • Aportar información relevante obtenida durante las visitas a médicos y líderes de opinión
  • Participar en reuniones y congresos de sociedades científicas relevantes y elaborar resúmenes de los mensajes principales para uso interno de Abbott
  • Contribuir a la formación de otros empleados
  • Apoyar la elaboración de la experiencia (Journey) del paciente y del médico con el sistema de salud
  • Apoyar al equipo médico en eventos de formación médica continua con médicos y/o profesionales sanitarios
  • Participar en reuniones con líderes de opinión clave
  • Introducir los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) e informes relevantes en los sistemas de Abbott
