Candidates must possess an advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D. in a medically related field) with at least 2 years of experience in hematologic malignancy or cell therapy, or a Master's degree with extensive clinical/medical affairs experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs within a relevant therapeutic area is required, along with familiarity with healthcare systems and access environments. Strong partnering, influencing, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is a results-oriented and adaptable approach. Candidates must reside within the specified territory.
The Medical Science Liaison will establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the hematology space, developing and executing territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies. Responsibilities include interacting with thought leaders and disease experts, compliantly partnering with field teams, delivering scientific education on Arcellx products, and collecting insights from external stakeholders to inform medical strategies. The role also involves representing Arcellx at conferences, supporting clinical trial execution, and traveling approximately 50-70% domestically.
