Advanced scientific or clinical knowledge and experience in Dermatology/Immunology therapeutic area

Ability to build and maintain external relationships with opinion leaders (OLs) and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., biocoordinators)
Strategic territory planning and management skills, including development of educational activities and territory strategic plans
Field-based role requiring approximately 60% travel primarily within assigned Alabama/Panhandle geography, with infrequent travel outside
High integrity, adherence to J&J credo values, and compliance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
Ability to provide fair balanced, objective scientific information and education to OLs, HCPs, and internal partners
Staying abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas
Providing research support for company and investigator-initiated research

Responsibilities

Provide fair balanced, objective scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and internal partners based on scientific and business needs
Build external relationships with identified OLs and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., biocoordinators) through virtual and in-person engagements, prioritizing in-person when appropriate
Develop and manage a geographical territory, including a territory strategic plan with educational activities for OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices
Serve as scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products in Dermatology/Immunology
Stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest
Provide research support for company and investigator-initiated research
Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to support healthcare providers and positively impact patients
Conduct all activities in accordance with regulatory and health care compliance guidelines
Consistently demonstrate strategic territory planning and ability to build strong relationships
