Candidates should possess an advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, or PhD) with at least 2 years of experience in hematologic malignancy or cell therapy, or a Master's degree with extensive clinical/medical affairs experience. A minimum of 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in a relevant therapeutic area is required. Familiarity with healthcare systems and access environments, strong partnering and influencing skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, personal integrity, and adaptability are essential. The candidate must reside within the Carolinas territory.
The Medical Science Liaison will establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the hematology space, develop and execute territory plans, and compliantly partner with field-based teams. Responsibilities include delivering approved medical and scientific education, collecting insights from thought leaders to inform medical strategies, representing the company at conferences, and supporting clinical trial execution. Approximately 50-70% domestic travel is required.
