Responsibilities

Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge through continuous learning to achieve the highest level of technical expertise in the cardiometabolic therapeutic area
Excel at customer engagement by spending the majority of time field-based, engaging in mutually beneficial 2-way dialogues with Scientific Experts (SEs), providing deep disease state and product information, and connecting SEs with Lilly resources or internal partners
Demonstrate strategic vision and leadership by synthesizing complex data, communicating clinical insights and unanswered questions to Lilly teams, using creative problem-solving, principle-based decision making, and collaborating across functions
Demonstrate territory ownership through strategic analysis, planning, prioritization, and implementation of a territory plan to maximize efficiency and take personal accountability for results
Execute the role in a compliant manner, adhering to all internal and external requirements, procedures, laws, and demonstrating good judgment at all times
