Candidates should possess an advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D.) with at least 2 years of experience in hematologic malignancy or cell therapy, or a Master's degree with extensive relevant experience. Two or more years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in Medical Affairs within a relevant therapeutic area is required. Familiarity with healthcare systems and access environments, strong communication and presentation skills, personal integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively and adaptably are essential. The candidate must reside within the Texas territory and be willing to travel approximately 50-70% domestically.
The Medical Science Liaison will establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the hematology space, develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies, and partner with field-based teams to support HCPs. Responsibilities include delivering approved medical and scientific education, collecting insights from thought leaders and HCPs to inform medical strategies, representing the company at conferences, and supporting clinical trial execution. The role involves acting as a scientific expert on cell therapy for both external stakeholders and internal teams.
