Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related scientific fields
Previous experience (3–5 years) in medical sales or similar roles
Proven familiarity with the regions of La Serena, Coquimbo, Ovalle, and Copiapó
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Strong digital and technological skills, including the use of territory management tools (DDD)
Demonstrated teamwork, achievement orientation, and a “can-do” attitude with the ability to deliver innovative results
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Responsibilities
Conduct daily in-person visits to approximately 11–12 physicians and 4 pharmacies in La Serena, Coquimbo, and Ovalle, as well as 2-day visits to Copiapó
Review monthly prescribing data to identify growth opportunities and maintain sales performance
Deliver scientific and strategic information to healthcare professionals to increase the prescription share of the assigned portfolio
Ensure effective execution of Brand Plans and micro-marketing activities with key physicians and pharmacies
Generate demand and drive prescription growth for promoted products, reporting activities through digital tools (e.g., Veeva)
Participate in medical congresses, training programs, and educational events to stay up to date and strengthen relationships with opinion leaders
Monitor competitor actions and share relevant insights with marketing and leadership teams to optimize local strategy
Comply with pharmacovigilance guidelines by reporting any adverse events within 24 hours
