Requirements

Responsibilities

The Medical Live Scribe will document patient encounters in real time during consultations, inputting notes into EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities include managing and organizing medical files securely, flagging and clarifying inconsistencies in documentation, and maintaining templates for various eye care scenarios. The role also involves assisting providers by streamlining administrative and documentation duties.
