Candidates should possess a degree in a medical-related field or life science degree, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dentistry, and demonstrate fluency in both Italian (verbal and written). Strong communication skills in English, the ability to efficiently use computer systems, organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team are also required.
The Medical Information Specialist with Italian will receive and document medical information inquiries through various channels, triage and respond to these inquiries using approved resources, identify and report adverse events and product complaints, maintain knowledge of project and corporate policies, attend meetings, perform peer quality reviews, and complete other assigned tasks according to PPD and client procedures.
