Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology)
Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years); some countries may require healthcare professional degree or medical information experience
Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing)

Responsibilities

Provide medical and technical information to healthcare providers and patients on client’s products, supporting customers in China and other APAC markets, including inquiries on dosage, formulation, contraindications, and potential side effects
Manage adverse event reports by gathering details such as patient’s profile, symptoms, and timing of drug administration or consumption, and forwarding to the case processing team
Respond accurately and professionally to technical and medical information inquiries received via phone, email, internet, or mail regarding pharmaceutical or device products
Process fulfillments and provide clinical trial information or after-hours on-call support
Analyze caller’s questions to formulate accurate and concise responses using client-approved resources and record inquiries and interactions in appropriate databases following organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints according to organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines, and provide additional support (including follow-up) as needed
Maintain detailed knowledge of project and corporate policies, procedures, client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements
Work closely with internal and external client contacts (up to client management) to resolve complex inquiries, research medical literature, and draft responses as needed
