Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing licensure in Canada or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification (or equivalency of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience)
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years)
Active RN License based in Quebec
Bilingual in French and English
Experience with MS Outlook and MS Word
Basic Computer/laptop experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to interpret client provided complex medical and technical information
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging circumstances
Hybrid in Quebec, driving distance to St Laurent office (relocation assistance not provided)
Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening

Responsibilities

Provides technical and medical information, and/or performs intake of adverse events/product complaints with quality customer service
Analyzes and researches inquiries and documents interactions according to organizational, client and regulatory guidelines
