Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing licensure in Canada or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification (or equivalency of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience)
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years)
  • Active RN License based in Quebec
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Experience with MS Outlook and MS Word
  • Basic Computer/laptop experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to interpret client provided complex medical and technical information
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging circumstances
  • Hybrid in Quebec, driving distance to St Laurent office (relocation assistance not provided)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and medical information, and/or performs intake of adverse events/product complaints with quality customer service
  • Analyzes and researches inquiries and documents interactions according to organizational, client and regulatory guidelines
